Coral Oasis and Stitches Midwest

Hey Dolls,
I wanted to share a look with you that  I wore to Stitches Midwest.  Let me share something about myself......I have  a million hobbies and I love DIY!  I purchased a ticket to Stitches Midwest which is a yarn and fiber convention...let me just say is was AWESOME!  Here is a look I did using one little palette with a lot of sparkle.

Maybelline EyeStudio Color Plush Shadow Quad, Coral Oasis
This little Palette can be purchased HERE for $6.95

The Deets
Ingredients: This DOES contain Methylparaben, Ethylparaben!

Color Payoff- This is a great color combination for any skin tone however I would have liked a more intense color.  I had to layer these shadows on to get this look.  Yay for lighter skin tones...more work for darker or darker skin tones apply this with a base.

Longevity-After layering on all this eyeshadow it fades!!! Ack  By the end of the conference my lids were not as saturated.  I applied my makeup on at 11 left the conference by 3:30.

Creasing-None

Fallout-some fallout so tap your brush

Review-Eden BodyWorks Natural Hair Products

Greetings Dolls,
I have been trying the hair products I picked up the 2nd Annual Beauty Expo, lets take a look at Eden BodyWorks.
Eden BodyWorks was found by a frustrated 13 year old!  That's Amazing!  The company uses no Petroleum, Mineral Oil or Sodium Sulfates.  I of course didn't see any parabens either.

$6 at the Beauty Expo!  That was a steal for the size of these products.

You can definitely see the ingredients in this product especially if you re use to using shea butter coconut oil. This product has tea tree oil in it.  Sensitive noises may not like the camphor smell.

This curl *defining* creme is very thick!  Let me say--- I did not use this as it was designed---I used is to twist my hair. I can not speak to this product as a curl define creme in a wash n go.  It smells lovely, you need very little of this.  I twisted my after washing it and it felt very firm with no buildup.

This is something....in a goodway!  It will slick your hair back like you have a relaxer!

The consistency is hard to describe as you can see from the photo its like a clear pomade.

Here's a pic of my twist definition:
I washed my hair with the Jojoba Monoi Shampoo it felt like it half oil have cleanser.  Not a bad thing just noticeable to the hand sensors.  The shampoo is very cleansing and stripping which works great for me since I wash every 2 weeks or for product build up. You can rub your hair from front to back and hear it squeak.  Your scalp and hair WILL be clean.  I applied the Leave In which smelled great and it also added softness. After the first week my hair remained uber moisturized. I was very pleased.  I re-twisted it again with a teensie weensie bit of the Curl Defining Cream and restyled it.  Sorry no pic of twist out but I have to keep my hair in a protective style in order to work out!  Marley Braid Hair to the rescue!

Overall:  So far I am liking Eden Bodyworks.  My hair has remained moisturized after 6 days at the gym!  My twists were extremely defined.   I will follow up in a few weeks to sum it all up.

Later dolls!
